Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, manage job postings, screen candidates, and execute seamless new-hire orientations. [1]
• Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. [1]
• Performance Management: Assist departmental leaders in executing performance review cycles, goal setting, and development planning. [1, 2]
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws, manage leaves and attendance tracking, and maintain accurate records in HR Information Systems (HRIS). [1]
• Training & Development: Identify staff training needs, coordinate learning programs, and map the effectiveness of training initiatives. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in HR is strongly preferred). [1, 2]
• Experience: Typically requires 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated capability in handling employee relations. [1, 2]
• Core Skills: Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, proficiency in HR software/HRIS platforms, and high emotional intelligence. [1, 2, 3]
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, conflict-mediation, and communication skills, with the proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
