Job Description
We're Hiring: Admin Executive
📍 Location:Okhla phase II
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily administrative and office operations.
✅ Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
✅ Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and logistics arrangements.
✅ Maintain office assets, records, and documentation.
✅ Manage courier services, dispatches, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
✅ Monitor office expenses and process vendor invoices.
✅ Ensure workplace facilities are well-maintained and compliant with company policies.
✅ Coordinate with HR and other departments for employee-related administrative support.
✅ Support management in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
Requirements:
✔️ Graduate in any discipline.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word,)
Preferred Skills:
⭐ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
⭐ Experience in corporate office administration.
⭐ Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
⭐ Knowledge of travel and facility management.
