Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for managing backend activities such as order processing, order packing, inventory updates, inventory planning and coordination with team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily Amazon and Flipkart orders
  • Packing and shipment creation
  • Update stock and Excel sheets
  • Check return inventory daily
  • Refurbish returned products to saleable condition
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years experience in eCommerce operations or backend support.
