Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients or handle inbound calls for customer support, inquiries, or order processing. [1]
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads by understanding customer needs and moving them down the sales funnel. [1, 2]
- Query Resolution: Address client concerns, troubleshoot product/service issues, and provide accurate information. [1]
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer databases, recording call outcomes, notes, and follow-up dates. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume or sales quotas. [1, 2]
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new product features, service changes, and company policies to pitch offerings effectively.
