Telesales Executive

Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our matrimony team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, explaining our membership plans, and helping them choose the right services to find their life partner.

This is a role focused on relationship building and client satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our matrimony services.
• Handle incoming inquiries and explain membership plans and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable profiles or services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the internal team for profile activations and updates.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Friendly and persuasive telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Job Details:Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monthly Off: 4 days
• Salary: ₹8,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹15,000
• Target: No Target Basis
