Job DescriptionThe Stardust Studio is looking for an experienced Logistics Executive who can independently manage end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Shiprocket and be capable of handling order processing, dispatch, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics documentation efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete logistics operations using Shiprocket.
• Process and monitor daily customer orders.
• Coordinate timely dispatches with warehouse and courier partners.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Resolve shipment-related issues such as delays, RTOs, lost shipments, and damaged orders.
• Coordinate with courier partners and vendors for smooth operations.
• Handle vendor management and maintain professional relationships.
• Communicate with courier partners through emails and calls for issue resolution.
• Maintain shipping records, reports, and logistics documentation.
• Optimize shipping costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in Logistics or E-commerce Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shiprocket is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of order processing, dispatch management, shipment tracking, and courier operations.
• Experience in vendor and courier partner management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional email communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and logistics reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
