Job Responsibilities :

• Contact potential and existing customers to introduce the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate new leads and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and support business development.
• Prepare and share quotations and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records and update daily call reports in the CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred; freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
