PestoCop Pest Management
Position: Branch Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Company
PestoCop Pest Management is a professional pest management company providing residential, commercial, and industrial pest control solutions using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and ERD (Exclusion, Restriction, Destruction) methods. We are committed to delivering safe, effective, and customer-focused pest management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Ensure achievement of branch revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Operations Executives, Supervisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor daily service operations and ensure timely execution of pest control services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related issues effectively.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to support business growth and client retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor technician productivity, attendance, and field performance.
- Manage branch inventory, equipment, chemicals, and other operational resources.
- Review quotations, service contracts, billing, and collection activities.
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports, MIS reports, and operational updates to management.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements related to branch operations are followed.
Requirements Minimum qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or equivalent management.
- qualification preferred:
- 4–8 years of experience in operations, facility management, pest control, or service industry.
- Prior experience in team handling and branch operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
