Job Description

About the RoleGirish Chaudhary Associates is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources professional to manage and oversee all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, policy implementation, employee records management, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong hiring experience, and the ability to independently handle all HR-related activities from recruitment to employee exit management.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Primarily recruit Telecaller Executives and other staff as required by the organization.
  • Create job postings on various hiring platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies and achievement of hiring targets.
  • Employee Lifecycle ManagementHandle employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and personnel files.
  • Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and other HR-related processes.
  • Manage employee exit formalities, resignations, clearance procedures, and final documentation.
  • HR Operations & AdministrationDevelop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
  • Monitor employee discipline, workplace conduct, and policy adherence.
  • Support management with HR reports, workforce planning, and employee-related matters.
  • Employee RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Strong experience in hiring and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR-related tools.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in high-volume hiring, especially for Telecaller or Sales Executive positions.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employee management, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and achieve recruitment targets.
