Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood and primary education, creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for building a strong foundational knowledge base for students in their crucial formative years.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Lesson Planning: Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of primary-level students, adhering to the prescribed curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning and character development.
• Student Evaluation: Regularly assess and record student progress through assignments, tests, and observational methods. Provide constructive feedback to students.
• Holistic Development: Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and areas for improvement. Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) effectively.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student record files, attendance registers, and academic reports.
