Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth floor management.

✅ Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team.

✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.

✅ Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and shift schedules.

✅ Coordinate with F&B, Technical, Housekeeping, and Customer Service teams.

✅ Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

✅ Handle cash, billing, and operational reports when required.

✅ Support event execution and ensure a seamless guest experience.

✅ Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency across the facility.

Requirements:

✔ Graduate in any discipline.

✔ 1–5 years of supervisory experience in FEC, Hospitality, Retail, Gaming, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage.

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

📅 Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational weekly off)
