- Position: Sales & Support ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesSalesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Loan products.
- Customer SupportFollow up with existing clients regarding investments and insurance renewals.
- Assist clients with documentation and KYC requirements.
- Coordinate with back-office and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for service updates.
- Administration & CRMUpdate CRM with client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with AMCs and insurance companies for service requests.
- Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Insurance, or Mutual Funds.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
