HR Recruiter

A3 Fresh is a fast-growing B2B fresh produce company connecting farmers directly with hostels, hotels, restaurants, and commercial kitchens. We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to help us build and manage our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment of drivers, warehouse staff, sales executives, farm workers, and office staff.

Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring.

Employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain employee records and attendance.

Handle payroll inputs and leave management.

Ensure statutory compliance and employee documentation.

Coordinate uniforms, ID cards, and joining formalities.

Resolve basic employee queries.

Support performance reviews and employee engagement.

Handle office administration and vendor coordination.

Assist management in building HR policies and SOPs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of HR/Admin experience.

Experience in recruitment and employee management.

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).

Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software.

Organized and able to work in a fast-growing startup environment.

Salary

₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
