Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting products or services, and achieving sales targets through remote communication channels. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Contact prospective customers and explain products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
