Educational Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Hotel Construction Projects, Experience in interior finishing works, luxury fit-outs, and hotel interiors is mandatory.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Finishing Engineer to supervise and manage all interior finishing activities for hotel construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise and monitor all interior finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, false ceilings, painting, polishing, joinery, glazing, and decorative works.

·        Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

·        Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

·        Prepare and review BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.

·        Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.

·        Conduct site inspections and quality checks for all finishing works.

·        Verify contractor bills and measurements.

·        Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of finishing materials.

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

·        Resolve technical issues related to interior finishing works at site.

Required Skills

·        Strong knowledge of hotel interior finishing works and fit-out execution.

·        Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

·        Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

·        Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Experience

·        Experience in EPC projects, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, or luxury interior projects.

·        Exposure to premium finishing materials and hospitality industry standards will be preferred.
