Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Install, commission, and configure commercial kitchen equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fryers, Dosa Matic machines, filtration systems, holding chambers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers and dealers.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.
• Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service activities.
Required Skills
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in field service and customer support.
• Ability to diagnose faults and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications
• Diploma or ITI or B.Tech or B.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Location
- Chennai (In and around Chennai and Some parts of Kerala)
- Kolkata (In and around Kolkata)
