Key Responsibilities

• Contact recruiters and employers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain JobYaan's hiring platform, services, and pricing plans.
• Assist recruiters with account creation, job posting, onboarding, and payment processes.
• Convert prospective recruiters into paid customers through consistent follow-ups.
• Handle recruiter queries and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and payment status in CRM/sheets.
• Gather recruiter feedback and share hiring challenges with the internal team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
• Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment with regular outbound calling.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and excellent follow-up skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday is a weekly off

CTC: ₹5.56 LPA – ₹6.04 LPA (Fixed salary + attractive incentives + annual bonus)
