Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle first-level end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT positions.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.), referrals, and social media platforms.

Make 150–200 calls daily for candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.

Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and technical panels.

Facilitate technical tests and skill evaluations for IT roles.

Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

Build and manage a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate closely with business teams to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.

Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.

Deliver a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Handle bulk hiring efficiently within defined timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.

Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet daily calling targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).

High energy, proactive approach, and the ability to work under pressure.
