Job Description

1.    Monthly updation of all committee A/cs

2.    Preparation of monthly reports

3.    Preparation of GSTR 1 (Sales Data)

4.    Preparation of monthly salary statement

5.    Preparation of monthly EPF & ESIC statement

6.    All salary, NEFT, ESIC etc bank payments

7.    Preparation of GSTR 3b data, checking calculation of monthly GST liability

8.    Closing books for GST liability

9.    Preparation of monthly TDS statement and its payment

10. TDS QT return & checking of Tally data for TDS

11. Entering data in TDS software & filling returns

12. Solving audit queries & checking final B/S received from Auditors, Checking GSTR yearly returns & verifying data.

13. Ledger Checking & communication with branches

14. Overall checking of IWSA accounts & liaison with all branches
