Branch Sales Recruiter – Fresher

Role: Branch Sales Recruiter

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.

Understand client hiring requirements and recruitment targets.

Support branch-level hiring and staffing activities.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Achieve recruitment and hiring targets within deadlines.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and job portals.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.

Sales or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.
