Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for international and domestic positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and overseas clients
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate records
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and offers
• Support post-selection activities including mobilization and onboarding
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring requirements
