Job Description

  • Process customer orders and prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, inventory, and customer data.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Prepare reports in Microsoft Excel and generate MIS reports.
  • Handle documentation related to tenders, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Follow up with customers and vendors regarding pending documents, payments, and deliveries.
  • Assist management with operational planning and administrative tasks.
