Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Telecalling Executive to handle student inquiries, generate leads, and assist in the admission process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive approach.


  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
  • Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission process
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
  • Maintain and update student database/CRM
  • Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Handle WhatsApp/chat inquiries professionally
