Accountant/ Accounts Executive

About Us: Martino'z Pizza is one of the fastest-growing pizza brands known for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our operations and looking for a skilled Account Executive to manage our financial processes efficiently and ensure accurate reporting across outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.

• Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Ensure timely bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing and assist in audits.
• Generate MIS reports and provide data analysis for management decisions.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and internal teams for accurate billing and recordkeeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
