Job Description
Order Management: Receiving customer orders, maintaining detailed order lists, and ensuring consistent follow-up until successful delivery.
Data Entry: Maintaining daily records of stock (Inward & Outward) in the computer system or physical registers.
Customer Support: Handling phone inquiries and professionally addressing customer questions to ensure satisfaction.
Documentation: Preparing invoices (bills) and managing office paperwork and records systematically.
Coordination: Coordinating with godown staff and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of work.
