🧾 Job SummaryWe are looking for a
Junior Purchase Executive
who will handle vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order processing, and timely procurement of materials. The role also includes maintaining records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring quality standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management
- Identify and source potential vendors
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Evaluate vendor performance
2. Procurement & Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Compare quotations for cost-effective purchasing
- Follow multi-vendor quotation process
3. Purchase Operations
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Ensure material meets specifications
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
4. Inventory & Coordination
- Manage inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Source new materials/vendors when required
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain purchase records and pricing data
- Prepare reports for purchases and material receipts
- Assist with quotations for tenders
6. Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends
- Evaluate supplier bids and recommend options
