Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and dues
· Maintain collection records and payment tracking reports
· Coordinate with sales and accounts teams regarding pending payments
· Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
· Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments
· Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
· Prepare daily and weekly collection reports
· Visit clients when required for payment follow-up and collection
· Update customer payment status in system/software
. Support accounts department in reconciliation activities
Requisite Skills:
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Good negotiation and customer handling abilities
Basic understanding of billing and payment processes
Ability to manage multiple accounts and payment follow-ups
Basiccomputer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude
