Job Description
🔧 Job Description:Hum apni manufacturing unit ke liye Mixing Machine Operator hire kar rahe hain jo rubber/silicone ya similar material mixing process ko safely aur efficiently operate kar sake.
- 📋 Key Responsibilities:Mixing machine (Banbury / Kneader / Internal Mixer) operate karna
- Raw material ka accurate weighing aur batching karna
- Formula ke according material mix karna
- Mixing process ka temperature, time aur quality monitor karna
- Finished compound ko next process ke liye transfer karna
- Machine cleaning aur basic maintenance karna
- Production report maintain karna
- Safety norms aur SOP follow karna
- 🎯 Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 10th / ITI Pass
- Experience: 1–3 saal Mixing Machine Operator ka experience preferred
- Rubber / Silicone industry ka experience advantage hoga
- Machine handling aur safety ka basic knowledge
- Physically fit aur shift me kaam karne ke liye ready
- ⏰ Working Details:Duty: 8–12 Hours (Shift Basis)
- Weekly Off: As per company policy
- 💰 Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (experience ke hisab se)
