The Operations Manager is the backbone of our real estate company, responsible for optimizing all non-sales activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability. You will lead the back-office teams (e.g., Telecalling, Admin, CRM support) and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support our high-performing Sales Executives.
