Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer / Executive with experience in HVAC or industrial equipment sales, specifically chillers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales for chiller systems and related services.
Major Roles:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for chillers & HVAC systems
Generate leads through field visits, references, and industry networks
Meet consultants, contractors, and end clients to understand requirements
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals
Follow up on quotations and negotiate deals to close sales
Coordinate with the technical team for project execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
