Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers also can apply)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS reports
• Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Handle basic administrative and back office tasks
• Resolve customer queries and provide support
• Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask (calling + office work)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in telesales or office/admin work
• Familiarity with CRM software (optional)
• Ability to meet sales targets

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (depending on experience

plus incentives)

Working Hours: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]

Week Off: [e.g., Sunday]
