Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book domestic and international flight tickets.
  • Handle ticket cancellations, rebooking, and refunds.
  • Assist customers with travel queries.
  • Maintain accurate booking records.
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Learn and use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and airline portals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to learn travel industry processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of air ticketing and travel industry (optional).
  • Customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
