Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
  • Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and customer support.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and visa regulations.
