Job Description
🎯 About the Role We are hiring a confident and result-oriented admission counselor to handle inquiries for online MBA and UG programs.
The role involves calling working professionals and students who have shown interest in online degree programs and guiding them through the admission process.
This is a target-based role with strong growth opportunity.
📝 Key Responsibilities• Call fresh and existing leads daily
• Explain Online MBA / UG program details clearly
• Understand candidate’s career goals
• Handle objections related to fees, validity, and placement
• Regular follow-up until admission closure
• Maintain inquiry data in Excel/CRM
• Achieve monthly admission targets
👩💼 Candidate Requirements• Graduate (Any Stream)
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Comfortable with calling 120–150 leads per day
• Strong convincing ability
• Education sales experience preferred
