Assistant Manager - Human Resource
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in ensuring HR compliance and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- Freshers / recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws (optional)
