As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across various teams and departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Servicing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong capability in mapping and modeling business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable process documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process innovation and adoption.
- Skilled in analyzing user interactions and workflows to optimize task efficiency and effectiveness.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Asset Servicing.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
