Job Description
We are looking for experienced Tele Callers for our Banking & Finance Collection process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple collection accounts across different portfolios.
- Manage recovery of higher bucket delinquent accounts.
- Follow up with customers through calls and ensure timely recoveries.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain proper call records and customer updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in banking/finance collection is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
