Job Description

Customer Support ExecutiveAdVoice Agency — Anandnagar, Ahmedabad

We're a branding & digital marketing agency and we need someone who can be the bridge between our clients and our creative team — keeping things moving, organised, and drama-free.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Handle incoming client calls and understand their requirements
  • Manage client emails and validate job details
  • Create tasks in Odoo and assign them to the design team
  • Review completed designs for quality
  • Send final deliverables back to clients


YOU'RE A FIT IF

  • You're from Ahmedabad — born and raised here
  • Graduate with good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & ChatGPT
  • Minimum 22 years old
  • Can read and understand basic design briefs in English


Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹17,000/mo
