Estate Manager

Veltis Group is hiring an experienced Estate Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and resident coordination for our residential projects. The role requires strong on-ground management, vendor handling, and problem-solving capabilities to ensure smooth functioning of the property.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall maintenance and operations of residential premises
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff
• Handle vendor management (AMC contracts, service providers, utilities)
• Ensure timely resolution of resident complaints and service requests
• Monitor and maintain common amenities (gym, lifts, water systems, etc.)
• Coordinate for utility services (water supply, electricity, gas connections, etc.)
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, expenses, and reports
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements
• Assist in society handover process and coordination with residents/association

• Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (Facility Management / Engineering preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in estate or facility management
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems (plumbing, electrical, STP, lifts, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle residents, vendors, and staff efficiently
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking
• Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience in residential real estate projects
• Familiarity with platforms like MyGate or similar society management tools
