Job Description

1) Collect/accept samples for various tests in appropriate containers as per protocol.

2) Check the sample volume .Incase it is inappropriate, then to make a note of it and inform the senior Lab Technician.

3) Processing of the samples as per protocol.

4) Input all the information that is required by the software package.  Inform the lab executive of any abnormal or borderline result

prior to repeating the test.

5)Report generation & Report checking.[printed copy]

6) Ensure that the reports are ready for delivery for both the inpatients as well as the outpatients.
