As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to understand our business loans products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role is crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan sales targets.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential business clients.
Understand client's financial requirements and offer suitable loan products.
Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
