Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle day-to-day mutual fund operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) registrations.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client records with high precision to ensure data integrity across all internal systems.
  • Portal Management: Utilize the NSE NMF II (or similar exchange portals) for order placement, tracking, and reconciliation of units.
  • Documentation: Perform rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensure all application forms and supporting documents meet regulatory standards.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs) like CAMS or KFintech to resolve discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate daily MIS reports regarding transaction status and pending queries for management review.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience specifically in mutual fund back-office operations.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of mutual fund structures, NAV cycles, and cut-off timings.
  • Technical Proficiency: * Mandatory expertise in Computer Operations (MS Office, specifically Excel).

  • Prior experience with the NSE/BSE transaction portals is highly preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
