Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Direct Channel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and achieving sales targets by promoting life insurance products through direct customer interactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through direct customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads generated through company campaigns, referrals, and walk-in customers.
• Ensure timely policy issuance by coordinating with underwriting and operations teams.
• Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals, servicing, and claim assistance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
• Participate in branch activities, sales campaigns, and promotional events.
