Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, your main job is not just selling products, but understanding what the customer actually needs and giving them the right solution.
You will look for new business clients, talk to shop owners, dealers, or companies, and build strong, long-term relationships with them. If you love talking to people, learning about new products, and closing deals, this job is for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Find New Customers: Look for new businesses, dealers, or clients who need our products and contact them.
- Understand Customer Needs: Meet with clients, ask them about their business problems, and listen carefully to what they need.
- Explain Product Benefits: Clearly explain how our products work, why our quality is good, and how it will help their business.
- Handle Customer Doubts: Answer customer questions calmly when they have doubts about the price, quality, or delivery.
- Deal Closing & Pricing: Negotiate prices firmly and close deals without lowering our company's profit margins too much.
- Keep Relationships Strong: Stay in touch with old clients regularly so they keep buying from us in the future.
