• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing market
• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand client requirements
• Assist in rate negotiations and proposal submissions
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports
• Stay informed about US staffing trends and competitor activities
