Job Description
- 🧩 Key Responsibilities:🛒 Store OperationsManage day-to-day store activities
- Ensure store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Maintain store safety and compliance standards
- 📈 Sales & PerformanceAchieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities
- Implement promotional activities and in-store campaigns
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- 👥 Team ManagementHire, train, and supervise store staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Motivate team members to achieve targets
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- 🤝 Customer ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Build long-term customer relationships
- 📦 Inventory ManagementTrack stock movement and prevent shrinkage
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors
- 💰 Financial ManagementManage store budget and expenses
- Handle cash flow, billing, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure accurate billing and transactions
- ✅ Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in retail or store management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
