Job Description – Team Member Location: Ahmedabad (Food Square Store)

Department: Spice Mill / Live Kitchen / Retail (FMCG) / Meat House / Cheese Corner / Fruits & Vegetables / Dairy

Job SummaryThe Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and product quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations across assigned departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service

·       Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

·       Provide accurate product information and recommendations

·       Ensure a pleasant shopping experience and handle customer queries

2. 

Department-Specific Operations·       Spice Mill: Assist customers, operate grinders, maintain freshness

·       Live Kitchen: Prepare and serve food, maintain hygiene

·       Retail (FMCG): Stock shelves, manage expiry, assist customers

·       Meat House: Handle meat safely, maintain hygiene standards

·       Cheese Corner: Assist with selection, handle storage and display

·       Fruits & Vegetables: Quality check, display, assist customers

·       Dairy: Manage stocking, temperature, and freshness

3. 

Store Operations·       Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

·       Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

·       Support inventory and stock replenishment

4. 

Compliance & Hygiene·       Follow food safety standards

·       Wear proper uniform and safety gear

·       Adhere to company policies

Requirements·      0–2 years experience (preferred)

·      Good communication skills

·      Basic food hygiene knowledge

·      Willing to work shifts/weekends

·      Team player attitude
