Key Responsibilities

→ Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

→ Explain company products, services, and offerings in a clear and professional manner.

→ Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

→ Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

→ Maintain and update customer records and call reports.

→ Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.

→ Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

→ Achieve daily and monthly calling targets assigned by the management.

Requirements 

→ Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.

→ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

→ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

→ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

→ Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

→ Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
