Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain insurance products and services to prospects clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions (General & Life).
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and ensure timely closure.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance.
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
- Handle queries related to policies, premiums, claims, etc.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth policy issuance and customer service.
