Job Description
We are seeking a talented Video Editor experienced in wedding films, highlights, and Instagram reels. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic eye, understands the emotion behind a wedding, and is proficient in creating both long-form cinematic films and fast-paced, engaging short-form content. You will be responsible for editing high-end films using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and [After Effects/Final Cut].
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit Cinematic Wedding Films: Edit highlight films (4-6) min), teasers (30-60 sec), and full feature films from raw footage.
- Audio & Color Grading: Sync audio, manage multiple camera angles, apply professional color correction/grading to ensure a cohesive, cinematic style.
- Storytelling: Structure the wedding story intentionally—incorporating vows, speeches, and candid moments to evoke emotion.
- File Management: Organize project files properly and ensure consistent, on-time delivery of projects.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in wedding video editing (Portfolio required).
- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory. Experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is a major plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, music syncing, and sound design.
